FAQ
We have over 25 years of experience guiding tours and all of our tours are designed to be safe, fun, and educational. Door-to-door service (van tours), smaller tour groups, excellent customer service/reputation, and a commitment to the local community are all attributes of our company.
Yes. Tasting fees are included and occasionally the tour cost per person may vary because each winery charges a different tasting fee.
No. Guests are encouraged to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages on the walking or van tours. Food and snacks can also be eaten in the van. A drinks cooler is included with tours of four or more guests.
Yes for the walking tours and no for the van tours, unless you arrange it with me in advance. Some wineries offer cheese plates but this costs extra ($15-20/person) and needs to be planned ahead of time. Lula's chocolate truffles can also be added to the Carmel Valley wine tasting tours for an extra cost ($20/person).
Yes! Children are welcome to come on the tour but you must be 21 to drink wine. Young children must sit in a child seat (provided by the parents) during van tours. Dogs are also welcome on both the walking and van tours as long as each guest attending the tour is ok with it and the dog must be well-behaved.
Please don't come on the tour if you are ill, contagious, or experiencing flu-like symptoms. Guests are welcome to wear masks, but your driver will not be wearing one.
If your group size is less than 8, you can "buy out" the van for a negotiated price and I will not add any other guests to it.
